Weirdest Dream I've Ever Had, and I Wish I knew What It Means

This is the weirdest dream of all that I have ever dreamt of. This is why I'd often like to keep my dream journals..... |

Hello all:
You might say that this is the weirdest dream that I've ever had. I wish I could find out the meaning to this dream.
In this dream I was expecting my mother to come see me. In my dream my mother was supposed to be very much alive and not dead yet.
I waited there for my mother, but when she finally arrived, the person did not look like my mother at all. She was another lady with jet black hair, and dark eyes!! In my opinion this woman was not old enough to be my mother.
When this woman saw me, she immediately came towards me with open arms, wanting to hug me. She (my mom) seemed so happy to see me, and was smiling intensively.
Then another strange thing happened. - My closest brother - the one who is living here in Canada with me was sitting with my brother-in-law in a restaurant. There were just two of them, no one else was there. Not even my sister and my other brothers were there!!
My brother and my brother-in-law were both reading something, I assume that it must have been the restaurant's menu. They were deciding what to eat.
I felt a strangeness crept into me because I wasn't invited to the restaurant with them. I walked over and I asked my brother why I wasn't invited; and I had seemingly asked him something else as well but only now I cannot remember what it was that I had asked him. In my dream my brother seemed very distant, he neither didn't reply to me, nor did he seem to acknowledge that I was there.
I woke up feeling confused. Just what does this dream mean???

Sandie, I have no idea what your dreams mean, but if they persist, again and again you may want to continue your investigation, dig a little deeper.
Cheers,

Some say that dreams are just that, dreams, others will take your ten dollars and tell you what it meant (for another ten dollar somebody else will tell you a different thing, I bet)
But dreams shouldn't be discarded offhand, but only you can comprehend it by looking back to events that should have been occurred but didn't.

Dear Sandie, In your dream your mother was in heaven but she chose to be younger--my friend comes to me in dreams much younger too. As for your brother, it could be anything--maybe a long ago grievance that either you or he never resolved. I get weird dreams too, but some are visits from loved ones who pop into other dreams, stay a while and leave. My father came to me in a dream as he died--and I knew it was him because he said he was fine and he was not--he was dying of cancer--He came to say goodbye. Thanks for sharing this.

Thank you for sharing your dream, Sandie. I dream all of the times, usually several dreams per night. However, I do not understand them either. Some leave me feeling very good while others just leave me sort of wondering what the dream was all about. Love and best wishes to you,
