This poem is an excerpt from a short story. It is based again on a spelling unit, dealing with Halloween.

Here lies Mister McGee,
Repulsive and disgusting in life was he.
Wicked fiend he became in a blink,
But, all he wanted was some sincere company.
On one thoughtless and careless night, he did drink
And, caused him to drive his truck straight into a tree,
Left with life-threatening and fatal injury.
But, he continues to walk alone at night
In hopes to make things just right.
After centuries in his search,
He has found within his perch
People mourning for his plight.
At last, he has found some worthy company.
