If you see a seahorse.

Rated "G" by the Author.
A short whimsical poem for very young children. You can do the actions with fluffy toys as you read it to your tiny tots to REALLY get them going! |

If you see a seahorse
Be sure to say hello.
Just smile and say a bright ‘good day’ -
They’re most polite you know!
If you dive with dolphins
And sing their merry song,
You’ll leap and play throughout the day…
And can I tag along?
If you surf with salmon
You’ll have a lot of fun.
It’s great to twirl and dash and swirl
Until the day is done.

| I am told I never grew up either, so maybe this is why I also enjoy Regis. Anyway, Julie, I enjoyed this poem, and I'll try to read it later to my grandchildren. It reminds me of when I took a cruise, the sparkling delight of the sea...Jerry |

A lovely write, Julie. My kids loved this kind of "stuff" when they were little, and, since I am told that I never grew up, I love it still. Thank you. Best wishes to you,
Regis |

Nicely done, Julie. I don't have any tots to sing to, but this one lightened my heart.
