Betrayal of a Man
by Nataki Suggs

Saturday, July 14, 2007
Rated "G" by the Author.

Betrayal of a Man has been published in A Life Beyond Limits: Overcoming Private Pain

Your Word says the servant is not greater than the master

So I bare the pain of being betrayed by a man…

A man who I planned to live happily ever after again,

But like a snake

He bit me with his venomous bait

I wish I can escape

The deep pain of the being betrayed by a man

A man, the one who I vowed to love, honor, and cherish,

The one who I married…

I believed he was the one;

Even so, I carried both of his sons

I never felt such heartbreak;

It hurts so bad...

I never imagined it would come from my mate…

You said in Your Word, you would not put more on me that I

can bear,

But the pain of betrayal seems to never end

You say You sticketh closer than a friend

So I say to You today LOVE me…my friend

The One who will never betray

The One who will be there till the end

In spite of The Ultimate Betrayal(one's own spouse); there's still all the JOY, LOVE, PEACE and HAPPINESS that this LIFE HOLDS.--(even the thought of being in ANOTHER RELATIONSHIP <smile>
So go on with your life; allow time for the healing process, and you'll come out STRONGER and WISER (You already have...)
I believe that was TD Jakes that said, "We all get "thrown off a cliffs in our lives". Bust just REMEMBER; GOD is always there to CATCH US! <smile>

Have a Blessed Day!

Wow this is powerful, well done. I have found that imperfection is always difficult until you get to know the grace and mercy of perfection.

Thanks for pouring out your heart.
