I know that you've been wounded on love's battlefield,
Life had nearly killed all your heart's desires,
Circumstances have drained the courage out of you,
But you're still here, still pushing through.
I wanna honor you with my purple heart medal,
For your bravery and resilience,
And for blessing me with the greatest gift of all,
The chance to know you, the real you.
If I had the power, the desire, and the chance
To create the perfect woman,
She wouldn't even come close to you.
With all your flaws and the mistakes you've made,
In my soul, you'll forever be,
A rare breath of fresh air beyond perfection.
You're the reason I am
You represent everything i've been missing
Your tenderness lives in me
My heart trembles for you
My soul worships you
My dreams whisper your name with passion,
And dance peacefully like a butterfly,
Around our new, growing flower of destiny.
I don't care if i'm just ordinary
It doesn't matter if I don't possess anything at all
With you in my heart, everyday,
I'm already floating in a cloudless heaven.
I love you purple heart girl.
You have fulfilled and enriched my life
You are the reason I am
Please give me your pain and sorrows
And fly away with my forever.
