The Child will sleep

Here is how you get a child to go to sleep nicely...as long as you plan to go to the park the next day. Children must feel they are in control of their dreams. Particularly if they are having nightmares.

Oh goodnight little one
time to make it dark
close your eyes now
and put your hand on your heart

Your dreams will soon
come to visit you
as you fall fast asleep
It's up to you to scare away ALL the monsters
and land on your feet

Shine a light
where it is dark
when you wake up in the morning
we shall go to the park!
