Let me fade from your memory
on soft petals without regret,
like ocean waves and soft winds,
like a sunset's fading palette.

As light gives way to sunset,
and meadows slowly die,
let me fade away on gentle clouds
like a sunset in the sky.

Morning sunrise will cleanse
memories yet to forget.
Release my heart, my love,
let me fade without regret.

 Pleiades, stand watch on high
as I softly close the door.
Let me fade from your memory
on a sunset near the shore.
