Unchanging in the error of my ways,
Flesh that’s born of only a few days,
My soul was lost I knew it to be true ,
An angel stayed to help me through.
Subconscious dreams of fear remain,
Evils of the world my soul contain,
I walk in blame of all before,
My angel wept, said no more.
In my shame, I heard a calming voice,
That touched my soul, amazed and rejoiced,
My sin against God was plain to see,
I felt an angel cry for me.
A simple act of kindness, to a child in need
Signs of warning, messages to heed,
I’ve been blessed over the years,
God showed mercy in angel tears
