Thought on the crusifixion

The Agony Tree

I stood at the foot of the agony tree

And watched as my Saviour died for me.

His limbs were twisted

His body scourged

But by His stripes

We were purged.

Freed from our past and our burden of pain

He died so we had life to gain.

I stood at the foot of the agony tree

And thanked my Saviour for dying for me.
