I stand on the banks of the river
Looking out across the waters
Searching for that which is lost
That which is gone away from me
Stolen from my heart and soul
Damaged, a broken shell of me stands
Longing for the return of my love
My tears falling,
Mingled with the lapping waves
Lost is my heart to the sea
Where my love waits for me
