I sat within the forest dark 'Mid towering trees with branches dead On foliage slimey,wet,and cold I can't remember how I knew This place was very old The silence roared,tormented me Of loneliness it told Of loss!Of fear!Of emptiness! This place was very old A mothers arms embracing me With love do they enfold? No such mem'ry comes you see This place is very old I think I know from whence I came With lizard,snake,and toad From fungi-spore and other things This place is very old�
