The long dark path under the European sky, lined with tall trees is promise of return of the spring.

The Winter Sky of Europe
Beyond the endlessly bifurcating
Branches and twigs of
Tall and dark trees,
Lining the long ,withrawn path,
Lost in the horizon.
The path:
That paves the way
For the lost flocks of butterfly,
The return of the songs
Of the Swallows
And that of the spring
Lost in the horizon,
_At the end of the winter.

The winter sky of Europe,
The bread lying on the plate,
On my breakfast table,
Jamless and Jellyless.

The winter sky of europe,
The child reluctantly taking off the
Quilt, to peep at the world
Outside, wiping the mist on
Behind the window pane,
Covered with the snow of flakes,
From the warmth inside of his room
He, looking back at his mother says askantly, with mock resentment,_
"Has the night melted away?
I have not liked it."
