Plentiful Fish
Before you pass me by
Don't say I didn't try
To catch your eye
I may have looked
At your profile
But was shy
To say hello
I know
I'm not normally so
Just an old fashioned gal
Who can't swim
But flounderin..
On a sailboat
Don't know why
I'm here
Just looking
For Prince Charmin..?
Instead I get
Strange requests
From Fish
I've never met
Who seem to think
All women are the same
And play mind games
What a shame
Sometimes I get
a gentle guy
But he is a little
too shy
To say what's on his mind
I guess for him
He's staying in
Cos there's no love
he'll find
Sitting on his sofa
Surfin
the net
And he may regret
The fact
This fish got away
Anyroad
As they say
There's plenty More
Fish in the sea!
For you and for me!
