Love as a falsehood

Love, A Fallacy©

By: William Phenn

Love is such a fallacy,

We give it so much credit.

It causes such stupidity,

And actions we can’t edit.

We dance around like Snoopy,

Euphoria takes hold.

We think the world is rosy,

How dare we be so bold?

To think fate would allow it,

Your happiness achieved?

Don’t stop and count your blessings,

The hand of fate deceived.

Fate is such a trickster,

The games it plays are cruel,

It lets you find your true love,

Then makes you out a fool.

Men think between their legs.
Women think above our heads.
Regardless of who is thinking what.
They usually wind up in the bed.
Amore is another word for sexual lust.

Amen
