Under the trees
I can see the train arriving
I know you will be waiting for me
But I know I wonít be gone
And the temperature is rising

I brush aside the flies
From out of my eyes
In the barren waste of a town
That was never any good for me

Youíve got to understand
It isnít my fault
This time
Iím sad, but I canít go that way

Coming, youíre
Walking slowly up the hill
With a weight of expectation
I canít possibly fulfil
Away beyond the trees
I know you wonít hear me so
I know you canít see me and
Iíve got to go

Youíve got to understand
It isnít my fight
This time
Iím sad, like you never went away
Never went away
My life had gone astray
And your coming back has made me see that

Now
I only wanted to be yours
I wanted to be only yours
Iím overboard

It's easy to go overboard. Hopefully we can all swim. A great write.
