Love really does mean so much more than sex...........that's lust. Love lasts. Grab it and hold on to it as if it were life itself. Wonderful write!

. . . and all lived happily . . . Just kidding, Deborah . . . I actually shook hands with the "Tiptoe Through the Tulips" guy. I lived in New York at the time he came on the world stage. Strange character, and I was surprised one night watching television and there he was, and, as they say, the rest was history.
This poem is optimism with a capital "T." Everything is perfectly said and written. If we could all live in such a way the world would be a much happier place. |
