Depression comes slowly seeping Even sometimes when you are sleeping It clouds your mind and worries your thoughts It leaves you wondering who calls the shots It turns your day from bright to dull Believe it or not its all in your skull But sometimes you don't believe that,you believe they're all wrong Because they can't understand whats going on So what do you do when everything feels so wrong Just be brave and keep going on

Yes false oneself to do something, anything, I found writting for the first time helps, and so do the gentle folk on here, think I wrote one called the same, well said..
