Raindrops…
They do, yes keep falling,
On our heads, our clothes and shoes,
They fall when Mom Nature makes her call,
For sweet aromatic flowers to come into bloom,
The dark clouds signifying rain, they do loom…
Making the grass grow, the flowers and even weeds do sprout,
All part and parcel of Mom Natures plan,
To try to beautify this world of man, so dirty,
So able to be “purty”…
Raindrops also provide for the general welfare of man,
Nature allows us to drink from her aquifers & lakes behind dams,
She is a kindly old soul; never bring her to anger however, as her wrath,
Can bring on drought, pestilence and even poverty,
For without wet weather, we will all surely die,
Food cannot be grown, no water to drink, we may even lose our home…
Raindrops, part of Mom Nature’s beauty, it is also free,
Not many things in our world today, are good for us & still without price, says me…
