Thanks to Billy Manes for his article THE BLAIR BITCH PROJECT in The Orlando Weekly.

The NUMBER ONE
NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER
This Week
Is
BURNING DOWN MY MASTERS' HOUSE
"My Life At The New York Times"
By
Jayson Blair

For those in the know,
This piece of shit
Wrote
LIES
For the NEW YORK TIMES
And got paid for it
Pulled stories out of his ass
And the Internet
Forged receipts
Saying he was in Texas
While he really
Sat in his apartment
Drinking and Smoking Crack
And dreaming up the next
LIE

Then
The Times
Paid for his
REHAB
As if
Giving him
This Dream Job
Hadn't been enough

All this
And he writes a fucking book about it
DARES
To play the race card
And criticizing those who fired him

And this
Cheap
Whining
Contrived
Criminal
Bullshit
Sob Story
Is
THE NUMBER ONE
NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER

While I
And a few
Hundred Thousand
Other College-educated writers
Keep waiting tables
And crumpling up
The rejection notices
For our books

Hell isn't hot enough
Fury isn't the word

I heard
Jayson Blair
Wants to do speaking tours
Of college campuses
And AA meetings
About Mental Health
And African-American Issues

I really hope
He tries that here
I'll be waiting
With
Open
Arms
And
Tar
And
Feathers
