HOMO SAPIENS ACKNOWLEDGED I am a space Occupied by my own concepts Of reality A self contained bubble of perception Either bursting or expanding From pin-pricks of new awareness Existence brings That there are other beings Other spheres of consciousness Is the magic of awareness The flame of kindred ship Kindled and fed By psyche Which seeks others With magnetic attraction My existence needs no reason Other than to still Subconscious tremors of insecurity And feelings of purposelessness From being alone
