Thank you to all who sent advice...

This is not going to be a poem, just a thank you for the advice you offered, you know who you are...Katy, Floria, Ed, Lisa, Bill, Anna & John...

Slept for most of the afternoon,
3 pm and temp is down a bit,
Needed to get up and eat something,
Chicken soup and gatoraid sounds great,
But Pizza and cherry coke is all I got,
I know, I know, if I am not,
Going to heed advice, why ask?
The problem being is, I live alone,
Going to the store when I am feeling ill,
Is not something I can just for it take a pill...

I really, really wanted to say thank you,
To the chosen few that advised me too,
I enjoy being yelled at by Katy,
Makes me feel loved by another wonderful lady,
John, per getting stung, the bugs are not out,
At least not yet, thankfully can put that idea to rest...

Chicken soup is a good idea too, I think I may have some even,
I don't like this feeling, even though there are times,
I had wished for it to come, for days off from work,
Now I am upset that I did, but live and learn,
So let me eat what I got, for now,
Later, hopefully I can find someone to go to the store,
Would send Rufuz, but he kinda scares the ladies there...

Again and one more time, thank you all, for your wonderful advice,
You are loved more than I can say,
As I fully appreciate your every way...

TSK.. TSK... Ed, I am not here, I am not commenting.. you're supposed to be in bed! Therefore, this isn't me, and I'm not reading.. BEHAVE YOURSELF! (grin) (How's that for yelling?!) LOL. Ok, the real me says: please take care and STOP posting things.. how can you get better if you sit and stare at the screen? Just have Rufuz warm you some milk (YUCK!) and tuck in til tomorrow. I have spoken! (don't forget to drink O.J.) Don't let me catch you out on that beach! Sweet dreams, silly. katy xox.

Well, I did finally take a little nap, but don't feel any better. I NEVER take naps--it must be because I'm sick. It wasn't a planned nap--I just passed out while I was trying to watch the Nascar race.

I was just about to offer some help and zoooom your poem disappeared.....glad to hear you feel slightly better
You say you had sinus trouble, well sinusitis makes you feel just like you described, but I am not a doctor so just a thought...
you have to go to bed..to rest!... apparently the body`s own mechanism
will first try and keep your temperature normal and only then fight off the infection, so if you behave and keep warm the infection will go quickly.....so I am told....oo and drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
Ok here endeth the lesson.......by Nurse Penny (who snaps on the latex gloves just in case)

Sounds like you need sleep and rest more than food. Take another nap; it's Sunday! Hope you feel better soon.

Your very welcome Ed...If I lived close
I would make you my killer chicken soup..
Only it doesnt kill...it revives...

mouthwash but your illeness would
