In order to stay alive we got to eat,
that doesn't mean greedy all the meat.
I've been over indulging,
now my stomach is kind of bulging.
The doctor told me to cut back,
my eating habits are now on slack.

Programmed mind, eat to live,
go back to food I must forgive,
its so easy to live to eat greedy,
dive toward the grave speedy.
Slowing down the roll stop,
cuts the food addiction hop.

From one plate to another feast,
give the other time to digest at least.
Food can be a comfort icon,
get hungry, gone on an eating recon.
Feeling all full and happy smiling,
greedy butt should be chilling.

i have been skinny for years, but now that i am approaching middle age, i am putting on weight. i no longer look like an anorexic beanpole; i now have some substance to me (Especially my stomach, my legs, and my gut!) (too many buffets at the wild and wonderful golden corral! that's what working at a restaurant will do to a person...LOL)! i don't eat much in the way of sweets (UNLESS it is someone's birthday; tuesday was our boss jean's birthday, and i had some cake!), but that is the ONLY way, and i sometimes have some ice cream too, but not much else! i eat more in the way of veggies and meat, but those mashed potatoes with the brown gravy will do it to me every time! LOL

i know i am fat, but don't need anyone to tell me to go on a diet. diets do NOT work. i walk everywhere!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your fatty friend in tx., karen lynn the texas tornado. :D
