Unsettled Dust

The dust has settled,
creating a filmy residue,
pleading for disturbance,
by a feather's touch it's stirred
into a cloud of frenzy,
a whirlwind dirt bath;
Can't brush away
particles of a restirred memory,
just wait for the dust to settle.

Indeed.....and when it settles it may reform itself into something even better.....you never know. Nice write.
