Incident happened on July 7th, 2004 at 8:56am and then later that afternoon, another incident happened at 2:00pm. At timesa I feel like I am a death trap but then I start to look at it in a positive way; I am going home to Heaven and God. That is a Good thing! My stubborn body does not want to let go though!

Mom and Kris, traded cars.
At least we were driving,
semi-slow.
THE BRAKES WENT OUT!!!!!!
(it is a relatively new car, 1999)

Death has reared its
ugly head, Again.

Mom was driving though,
And knew what to do.
She is Sixty Years Old,
after all, she has some
experience!

My life flashed before
my eyes.
Then, I wanted to puke!
Guess that goes with
the territory though.

Death has reared its
ugly head, Again
.

However, my Shining Light
has overcome, with help
from Mom, of course
!~

Then, Death tried AGAIN,
the Pharmacist gave me
the wrong prescription and
I almost died!

Shining Light, will save me always!
Please do not fail me now
!

Ye know not the hour.
I will fear the shadows or the arrow that flies by night.
I have been there. Something like this makes one grateful that they're still alive.
When it's time He'll call you home.

Glad all is well, after all these scary events! Sometimes, dark times help us to appreciate the lighter times.

Regards an angel, I would say your Mom accomplished that task, maybe a raise in her salary? Time to start to walk, or ride a bike, but with medications you have no protection, rip that pharmicist a new one though, maybe he/she will be more careful in the future...

Happy to see you made it through both brushes with death, Peace, Ed & Rufuz

You have a guardian angel, Becca! He/She watches over you always and protects you from harm. You will one day be one of His angels, but we hope it's a long way in the future!
