"...I love the way
They feel and smell..."

I play with words.
What's wrong with that?

I'm "Word Playa"
'Cause I love words.
I love the way
They feel and smell.
They are like clay.
I can mold them.
I can change them.
I can rhyme them
If I so choose.

I play with words.
What's wrong with that?

It feels so good.
I like to play.
It's fun to play.
A word addict.
I've tried to stop.
I was meant to.
You can't stop it.
Neither can I.

I play with words.
What's wrong with that?

Play with letters, build words. Play with words, build sentences. Karla, that is excellent. I like the rythm of the poem. With little music this can be an educational song. Your brother and friend, abdinoor

what is wrong with playing with words? Nothing.

Of course, some people are against play but we'll just
not play with them!

kj, I love this one ...

Hi Karen.....I do the same - play with words - hopefully when I've played with them enough, they SAY SOMETHING WORTHWHILE??!!! Guess that's what we writers ALL hope for. Hugs, Pam

Your words about words are excellent. I know the feel, the smell, and, thanks to you, I now know what causes that itch to put them down in whatever way I choose. Or, do I really have any say-so in this? Your Fan - Bill
