see him wastin' on the sidewwalk he keeeps write on a searchin' he's a poet who has no words to say he's a poet a walkin contradiction a song that never got sung he just got old then his story got told wish he would have sung his song when he was young then what would have been the sung that he didn't sing what would he sing "angels wings" and other things what ever life brings yeah he'd sing if he was young and he'd known what his grown into to be to me then what would be the song he sing the song he sang guess that would be my love for u & me ain't that a thang' damn i don't ryhme but everyday i love you all the time ella ain'y that of a hella to still always will ella love you i always will
