That’s the way love seems to be,

when beauty seems so true

Yet she’s a fickle lover,

now it’s time to choose

when you’ve fallen for your muse,

when she’s so lovely,

when she’s so beguiling,

as she whispers verse to you

That’s how you lose your heart,

You listen contentedly

as she whispers kisses

The warmth of her breath,

melts your heart into her hand

You hold onto her tightly

That’s the way love seems to be,

when you want her so intently,

as her heart beats

against your chest,

Her breasts rise and fall

at your every poetic whim

That’s the way lovers fall,

as she looks into your eyes

and hers twinkle like the stars

She lightens up everything,

with her bright smile

You whisper sweet poetry

back to her about her musings

and how the stars fade

That’s the way love seems to be,

when the sun rises,

and she’s nowhere to be seen

You heart breaks,

leaving you with a tear stained page,

just another love song

song birds sing in the morning,

then they fly away

leaving you with  tears falling

That’s just the way love goes

Dear Dale,

This is powerful Dale, and incredible and stunning write, so full of love, warmth, passion and pain. Beutifully penned.

OK, Ms. Janet but the masculine version. This possesses fiery passion. Erotic. Tempting and teasing. What a turn on. This flows smoothly but erupts like a volocano with molten lava spilling out. Nicely done.

Dale, the ache in this one is so palpable. It's a wonderful recounting of even the temporary loss of one's muse or inspiration. Dawn
