Nature, sort of, and humor as well just a little bit...

Clearing out…

Summer over, well officially,

Labor day weekend the end,

Trailers and campers heading home,

Makes me happy when they do roam…

I have my place of refuge back,

Rufuz has places to run and come back,

Places to do his business he now does not lack,

All alone are we now, in our motorized shack…

They are leaving my beaches,

My ocean with nary a soul,

Trash they did leave; will have to go patrol,

To pick up what they left,

To put it in its proper place,

On OUR beach again, Rufuz and I can take a stroll…

Autumnal equinox isn't until the 21st, Ed. So you still got some time for some summer strolls.

Nice write, Ed. It is sad how some cannot pick up after themselves.
