Democracy is people's will and desire
It has a structure of pyramidal shape
The base is where it is most tough
Those at the top only execute
Decisions come from the bottom

Democracy is people's will and desire
It has to be born from within the people
The grassroots are the power of a nation
You can't ignore their role and strength
You can send technology abroad anytime
But you can't export democracy
You can install an authority by force
But you can't make democracy work by force

Wise words well expressed. No, no one can enforce democracy, those who talk of democracy are more often than not the real dictators. Well done!

spot on! a government born by force is not democracy. i agree with dawn, you are a prophet for peace and i'm honored to call you "brother"

an outstanding, profoundly written piece--thank you

(((HUGS))) and love, your sister, karla. :)

Abdi my friend you are so on point. Too bad that many who shout democracy have force filled agendas. Keep your flame of wisdom burning and keep sharing. Peace and blessings. Mikii

Abdi Noor, once again you show your wisdom! There are those
who think brute force can achieve anything. They are sorely
mistaken, but they are too obdurate to maintain the peace, as
they try to mandate their agenda.
