Terrorists think
That beheading pays
They want more attention.
That's one of their ways

When our media give them
The attention they need.
Old rules of the civil
They no longer heed

If we ignore them
They might change their ways
And start to act human
One of these days

Somehow Bush should be stopped, that way the world would have one less terrorist to worry about.

Good points you raise, Hank; but something needs to be done to stop their evil ways!

though we feel compelled to, we should try to downplay these horrid actions that activate our fears ... if we did than perhaps they'd stop ... though extreme, its attention they strive for ...

I doubt that they ever act human, but holding back prime time coverage is probably not a bad idea. It seems, at times, that some propagandists would rather report on the poor misunderstood terrorists and the acts which our lack of understanding causes them to do than anything else. Iíll stop. Sometimes, Iím simply too political. Nice write.
