`*PAINTING OF YOUNG MAN BY THE SEA~*

He still walks at night from dusk till dawn,
Though his physical body is now long gone.
He still loves her as he did before,
Now he waits for her to reach deaths door.

He still holds her close all through the night,
Though she can’t feel him, at her side.
He still longs to be her one true love,
And hopes her heart will hold their love.

He still whispers things she longs to hear,
He thinks she knows his spirits here.
He can’t wait to show her heavens gate,
Together there they’ll no longer wait.

Forever there from dusk till dawn the
Love he feels continues on.
From dusk till dawn his love stays
Strong, till her time on this earth
Is said and done.

This is so beautiful. I just lost my husband to a horrible disease at the young age of 50. I just miss him so much, I wonder at times if I will survive. And I long to be with him. This poem really touched me & I think maybe he spoke to me thru this poem.
Thanks for sharing this with me.
