A belief of understanding

When do the countless moments that we have created become us, and when do we feel its hunger and passion, to once again say so,

What is held by us, that we know longer believe and trust in ourselves, and when do we once again cry a tear of matter,

My restless soul, has no comfort, no hold of the here and now, and when does my soul acknowledge its self, for self sake,

The heart I feel and hear, has sounded again for me, and yet I have not really heard its beat that beats against my chest,

In what time do I stand still for a minute, so that I may take a breath, and in what second do I count back to my minutes ending?

And when a belief of understanding fails me, when do I answer back no,

What walk do I take, and what path do I follow, and as my thoughts develop their on wisdom when do I follow,

i weep reality,

moan realism,

scream sanity,

pray on my knees, too see a cause,

and run to it's meaning,

satisfaction none,

a preachers request,

with the reading of a will, i speak silently, in whispers voice,

as recap time, i untangle me,

I am on the edge of reason, when does it give me my distance, to know,

what role does understanding play, for me,

my world turns, I am at adrift, on this lonely boat ride, alone I feel no currents,

So tell me, my belief, and understanding, so that I may know, when it comes alone again,

the success of my unrest, is the belief of understanding, on this day,
