Life Says Yes

Life says yes,
reaching its
persistent arms
across indifference.

Life says yes
take the chance,
make the move,
do it. Decide.
You're only risking everything
if you can't accept
your freedom.
Yes.

Life exists
only in the moment,
to be gone
the next,
dissolving into new,
fragile possibilities
that reach
into infinity.
The word for life
