human of untrust, of whom i have come to be, cries in the dark.

A Confined legacy

A legacy confined, a skeleton of who I once was, a peddlerís life broken this,

Confined to a life I donít know, canít except and years that I long for, trying to understand, to embrace, a mirror image of a poor soul that has been broken,

An image I donít recognize, canít understand, nor except, as I cry to bound and wounded soul,

Peace of mind will never come to me, never hold me, and never comprehend this poor mans life, as I try to come back to the man I once was,

A simple kiss, and broken promises haunt this once youth mind, but is overwhelmed by an old mans trust of such simple life,

Age has coursed me, stolen what was, and what needs to be, as yesterday is skipped through, with a run down beat of ways,

I melt this mind in vein, in truth, and in understanding as I weep in silent an old mans tears,

A conversation of a corpse souls embodies me to a once thought, that is know confused, by the night I was, and the peddler I am,

Confined chained into a human that has no place to be, a rivers bed,

Into the cold night I creep
