White flakes float in the air
Remove my doubt and despair
Renew my hope and faith
That people can be saved
Angels in the snow
Memories I’ll always know
White blanket covers the ground
Hides the ugliness that surrounds
Makes everything seem pure
That life can be endured
Crystals on my tongue
Makes me feel forever young
White landscapes of solitude and beauty
Pine scents strong and fruity
Opens my heart to love
God’s gifts to us from above
Footprints in the powder
Makes me shout even louder
White is my favorite color
For me there is no other
God’s canvas lay before us
To make our lives a plus
A blanket that softens our steps
Until we return to where we met
