"No Difference"

Day after day

I sit here to write

But keep on asking myself

Why am I doing this?

And as the silence of this page

Laugh back to my face

I search for you in cyberspace

And those flames that burn deep inside

Makes absolutely no sense to me

Knowing itís a one sided love

My dreams of love and hope

Makes absolutely no difference to you

I know

But still I do come back day after day

Time and time again

To write what I feel within my heart

Does that make any sense?

Oh Well

Merry Christmas anyways

Yes Tinka, it does make sense.
Hard to accept a one-sided love, but you never know what will happen. One day he might see the love you have for him and open up to you.
I pray for you it will happen.
Merry Christmas to you.

nicely done, lady poet...methinks as the ole saying goes...all good things come to those who wait. I am not sure if this is written about a personal experience, but if it is, as the person in question could not see what was in front of them, then, tis their loss. Trust me on this, one day, someone will come and you will know...for while it may take time and work, it will all be so effortless.
The very best of the holidays to you, lady poet.
