No snow where we live,
We had to go a'hunting we did,
Never did we find it this time,
But Rufuz and I certainly don't mind,
As long as we are together to unwind...

Snow Hunting…

There wasn’t any snow where I live, so,

Went to the beach with Rufuz to see it blow,

Across the sand, the snow would come,

With the ocean nipping at its heals trying to get itself some…

But, alas, when we did arrive, after a formidable drive,

No snow did we find, but Rufuz and I still didn’t mind,

We did our laundry and walked the beach,

No one was out; the beach was ours, away from mankind…

No snow did reach the ground,

The westerly wind did keep it at bay,

Hopefully in the near future there will be more another day,

So Rufuz and I can again go snow hunting,

No need right now for us to the weatherman be confronting…

Ed,

Enjoyed this whimsical write! We had snow here! Hope you find some there! If you find it, have fun playing in the snow ...(and don't eat the yellow snow!)!

Well the east coast of our state got twelve inches in a surprise snowstorm. It missed us too bad. Trying to type with my finger in stitches is a pain. Explain later.
