This is my attempt to an event that has touched us saying that I want it to be known that my process in it hasn't came in yet..............

enjoy anyway

Life be like gargantuan in all its magnificence
It be like raw with beauty
It move as love and fear
As do we
Life be like color connected through birth
…..and gorgeous pain
And changes
added with that element of surprise….shit
Life be like a book eternally being revised
And we paused
(Did you feel the colors?)
And to some there is no cause
(Evolving into one another)
But we all know the laws
(And the brilliance reaches and discover)
How the majesty of nature can be
Evil-well doers want to blame
race, religion, culture and humanistic themes
All in which she doesn’t see
“in biblical days” they say
with their words and phrases…shit
Life be like symmetry
In it’s gospel and infinity
And all those lives….taken between the color lines
(It’s only out of compassion)
And the so many tears we cried
(Capitalism is in fashion)
And the never-ending search for goodbyes
(See her as an assassin)
Knowing how the majesty of nature can be….shit
Life be like domineering
….sometimes in it’s rearing
And remembrance clever and artistic
………we will paint pictures in our minds
………we will paint pictures throughout the times
………we will prove assemblage of all kinds
even in between these lines
we will build and remember…then
…..we will do as we did before
(Hopefully better)
and we pay homage of the scores
(grateful we haven’t met her)
line ourselves in accord
(the majesty she is nature)
Cause we know the magnificent display
…….of her anyway….shiiiiit
Life be like sights unseen
in between the speed of sound
yes there are colours
the essence of youth blue
the perfection of time blue
the motion of descending blue
the creation of a new blue
the silence of an indigo ski at night blu
and in between these lines
……we pray for the souls abound
and the souls they touched, connected and found
that element of surprise surrounds us all
and they traveling as we too will
the loud aggression is silently ringing in our ears
and I take hold of the night
with my youth and time
with descending and creating in mind
i say a silent pray in indigo skies
Knowing that this is life

*see she be his life line
only her star shines at night
with powers to protect their skies
no matter the time they fly
by her grace

Life, it bees that way. A very original take on Nature's wrath, Mitzi.

Yes. I love the taut lilting rhythm of this poem. Jones is right: the phrasing and thoughts sort of pull at your brain.

Sister these are some of the most heart-stirring and soul-provoking lines I have ever had the privilege to read. Thank you for stepping out and sharing them. If I were to dare to make a suggestion, I would suggest losing 2 0r 3 of the "shits." The depth of your ideas and the strength of emotion conveyed is powerful enough that "shit" and more "shit", for me, distracts from the overall mastery. Nevertheless, however you maintain it, the piece is brilliant. Peace.
