At first sight, light kindled my eyes

The hum of a thousand bees charged the air

The ground was liquid below me,
and my heart echoed a waterfall's muted roar

My soul laughed out loud
but my mouth could not betray me,
for my tongue was numbed from truth

Linda,

So very eloquently stated in so few words, yet its' meaning is so deep ... your conviction to writing is exceptional!! I really like the line, "The ground was liquid below me," ... wonderful!!

Blessings,

Robert
