Running a little dry tonight, but this just kind of came out...the pic is of my youngest daughter, mimicking her Aunt Ria who is studying to be a nun (her "Habit" is the hand towel from my bathroom LOL)

The still silence settled
around the house
is broken by quiet cries
I come to you
wipe the tears from
your eyes
and bring you to
sit with me as I write
Cradling a doll in
one hand, clutching
a cup in the other
you totter down the hall
to secure a place in
my lap
Head rests on my
shoulder, hands slip
round my neck
as the click-click of the
keys send you off
to dream once more

Yes is adorable and yes they have to learn a great deal about the bible and the rules of the order. The child is precious.
