Through windows of lonely deliverance,
set in houses of hate
blankets of lonliness
warm our hearts with only pain.
In empty rooms
where
love is all but forbidden to relate,
In beds laced with heartache,
records of our salvation
barely remain.
Through doorways draped in evil,
in dark corners
the good crouch in fear
and pray for hope to survive.

Pierre, Quite the sad tale of a life lost from love and caring. There are many out there living this scenario.
Excellently penned.
