Dorothea in the Mirror, a Jill Szekely mystery
by Lois Santalo

It seems the ultimate irony that Jewish pianist Zoltan Szekely is arrested for the murder of Dorothea Granger. Has he escaped Hitler's grim assault only to become enmeshe..

Ed K’s Baseball Sweatshop…

And here I thought,

That Ed K was a lover of animals,

Helping and feeding them,

Now I find out otherwise,

These thoughts I do fight off…

With the above photo you can see,

How he does make his animals play,

Forcing them to catch a ball,

Manipulating them with every call…

Those poor little creatures,

Have to learn from Ed like a teacher,

He does whip them into shape,

So when the season does open for baseball,

He makes money off of them, its almost animal rape…

Oh sure he will say I am wrong,

But I did take this picture while hiding in his bushes in a sarong,

He just thought I was the nut case next door,

But in reality I was taking pictures of his baseball sweatshop,

Was that sound I just did hear Ed’s jaw drop?

Or was it him realizing his chance to win the pennant did just flop…?

Oh sure he will say I am wrong,

Yer Darn Tootin, I'll say you're wrong! As our government likes to brag that we have an all volunteer military, my animal baseball team is all volunteers, too - and we didn't make much money last year at all. Know any chipmunks that can pitch?
