"This is not absurdity of the funny kind / (I have no clue what to do) / This is a society gone out of its mind / (I just want to be with you)"

Absurdity

Is it just me or

Do you feel it too

That absurdity

As never before

In our history

Seems to be at large

Seems to be in charge?

Madness on the breeze

Shadows in the air

Dark absurdities

Madness everywhere

Weakening my knees

And how about you?

What is happening?

And what do we do?

Is it beginning

Or is it ending

Or could this be the end

My friend of everything?

This is not absurdity of the funny kind

(I have no clue what to do)

This is a society gone out of its mind

(I just want to be with you)

I just want to tell you now as the lights go out

(I would not have you wonder)

That I will always love you never doubt

...As we go under

This also rings a loud bell of awakening somewhere close by. Thank you, Stevie. Love and peace. Regis

Charming, Steve, and yes I've noticed this increasing absurdity.

Yes, Steve, the world has seemed quite absurd of late...insanity does reign in the streets, but what can we do but write about it and hope for better days in the future...Ed & Rufuz
