Heaven cries for thy servant's sins
Her tears formed eternity
An oath I swore to protect thee

Fierce were past winter's wicked eyes
Who's gaze burned my soul it's scars
For behind the veil, of nightmares
Arose your guardian
Prince of stars

Mist settles over streams of pain
I bequeath my greatest dreams
For you're the first, to nightly thirst
For luscious dreams
In summers sweet

Whispered promises reach your gates
Open them that you may hear
I long to dwell in midnight's spell
To inspire your life
Bereft of fear

All that I have is mine to give
To unchain my crimson wings
