Great Blue Tsunami

Volumes of waves,
Came crashing in,
Towering over people,
Bewildered by shock,
Laughter on the sands,
Turned into cries,
And some stood still,
Silenced,
By uncomprehending minds,
While others tried to scramble,
To safety- Where to turn?
Where to run?
Everything was engulfed,
In a matter of seconds,
Like watching a horror movie,
Reality never dawned,
Even after the waves receded,
Leaving destruction and mourning,
Made By angry torrents of blue,
A Natural Disaster,
A tsunami,
That came to ruin,
Carry away bodies,
Back into the sea,
As few escaped,
Dumbfounded,
In pain,
Maimed,
Of the great Blue Forever.

I agree with Ronald and it very well may happen again. Sooner than we think.

We live in peril in many places. We just don't know it until it happens. After we rebuild, it will happen again, someday.
