A Romantic poem for Valentines Day

Romantic poem for Valentines Day

i send you all my luve tonight
from my lonely concrete cell
i hope you find the luve you seek
in satans satin hell

for you i stole the silver moon
and thieved many golden stars
and robbed the tears of diamonds bright
for you to wear in bars

i foolish thought your naked act
was danced for only me
in the seedy sad and sundown place
where nudes should never be

but my true luve knew no naked truth
nor sly the wiles of them
who wear the slinky nothings and
the regal diadem

i wished for you the golden dream
the sparkle for you eyes
success i’d find to lay between
the the altar of your thighs

i would be now the reckless clyde
and you my own true bonny
the bullets i never felt could harm
your luving wild-eyed honey

but fate fast found this foolish fop
with winchester all a’cocked
in a cowboy bar in lexington
where my jaw was mighty socked

by a brawny virginy’ bouncer queen
who offered me a lisp
if i would shed my arnament
ahh... his breath was but a wisp

to the gaolhouse i was led that night
by a redneck deputy
who locked me deep in iron chains
measured for only me

i dreamt that you would be the one
to save me from dungeon fate
to luve me in reckless abandonment
forever with me to mate

alas my luve was born in vain
alack so was my luck
you went and found another luve
his ego for to pluck

you dreamed and schemed and testified
in the court of justice true
you helped send me for twenty years
now my luve for you i rue

but i hope you’ll boogy and you’ll groove
round a pole where the fyre is hot
where diamonds grow on silver trees
and golden apples rot

so i’m sending you this red heart of myne
on this valentino day
and i wish for you the worst i can
you’d better learn to pray

for from my soul i offer you
this lovers solemn wish
i know your next breath is your last
and you'll sleep with some dead fish........
