“We can count on Edwina to draw a wiggle and a giggle from Dr Squirm,

So guess the glow-worms will be free to light up our escape route...”

AD Member Kate Burnside

“I was not so upset to be pinched

As I was that he put finger marks on my brand new dress.

Maybe Andy can reimburse me, but not in pounds please...”

AD Member Ed Matlack

“Oh, boy, here we go again!”

AD Member Tinka Boukes

A Bit of a Bind

Undercover Angel Edwina yelled very loudly

And quickly chased the nasty butt pincher out the door

But it was extremely dark in the auditorium basement

And he soon plunged through a deep dark hole in the floor

The evil Dr. Squirm had fiendishly set a trap for him

Since he had cleverly seen through Ed’s Angel disguise

Now Ed suddenly found himself dangling upside down

In Dr. Squirm’s evil lair – perhaps facing his own demise

“Do you expect me to talk, Dr. Squirm?”

“Of course not, my good fellow;

I know all I need to know,

And I’m feeling quite mellow!

“I’ve been on to George and you Angels

For a very long time now, Mr. Angel Ed;

And it looks like it’s just about feeding time,

Before my precious glow-worms go to bed.

“In case you find yourself wondering about your fate,

I’ve genetically re-engineered these cute little insects;

They have now been transformed into flesh eaters,

And they’re getting extremely hungry, I would bet.

“I haven’t fed any of these glow-worms

In at least the last several weeks or so,

I was going to bake them an Angel Food Cake,

But until now I simply didn’t have the right dough.

“Do you have any last words, Mr. Angel Ed,

Before I lower you into the glow-worm hole?”

“Uh, yeah, I do, Dr. Squirm; can you feed me first?

I’ve really got a craving for milk and cereal in a bowl.”

To Be Continued…

Looks like Undercover Angel Ed is in a bit of a nasty fix.

I wonder if his two Angel partners, Kitty Kat Kate and Julie,

Can find and rescue him in time?

And I truly wonder if Dr. Squirm will grant Ed’s last request.

If he does, will he feed him Fruit Loops, Cheerios, or Captain Crunch?

Hmm.

Please Stay Tuned…

Bailing out the men again, I dunno, an Angel's work is never done. Send for Delia Smith, she'll sort them both out in a jiffy - if you don't know who she is, she's our Mother Superior of Cooking and won't take any nonsense!! So, Ed's big worm won't make her flinch, neither will Squirm's man-eating phospherescent types!! She'll have the place cleaned up in no time, like Mary Poppins. And looks like both these two could do with a bit of Nannying... "Jimjams on, both of you, before tonight's bedtime story... no squabbling, please"!! Kindergarten Kate xx Bosley/George - that goes for you, too!!

I turned my computer screen upside down, so Dr Squim is hanging.

So Angel Ed is left, E-dangel...

Methinks Jude means. Ed will be out to flash...

Okay and maybe a wire puller pliers can handle Dr. Squirm and I expect ole Ed will be out in a flash.
