Inspired by the great author Mr.Ernest Gaines, after watching a documentary on his life and writings.

They   callin   me!

They   callin   my    name!

I   don't   see   no    body

I    jus    feel    they    pain...

Down in the bayou
cross the Mississippi

I    tell   ya...they    callin   my    name!

White magnolia's bloomin
pass by tabacca road
almost at the shack
Lord, I'm almost home.

They    callin   me   home!

Ole oak tree done seen
alotta turbulent times
time jus keep on goin
ole oak growed up wise.

They    callin    me!

They   callin   my   name!

I  don't  see  no  body...I jus hear my name...

Great rhtyhm, visions of times gone by and still remarkably alive. Some deep thing you have written there. It is catching me like books I have read as a child. There's something in it you can't escape.

I do hope they are not callin' you to that final resting place. And, if not, bring your pad and pen on down here, we'll roll out the red carpet for you. Y'all. LOL I realy did like this piece of fine writing. Touched me.
