Monogamy Twist

Monogamy Twist is light-hearted easy read with a quirkily weird Dickensian plot. This fun contemporary romantic mystery is set in Yorkshire, England...

Angel Tears…

When the angels do weep,

Out of their eyes do seep,

Not tears of water,

But frozen tears of snow,

That does come down upon the earth,

Helping to make the springtime grow…

We must have many angels today weeping,

For we are outside with shovels and brooms sweeping,

The outside does look like a winter wonderland,

The trees and grass are covered, as is the angel’s plan…

To work I must go,

Snow or no snow,

It is nice to think of it as tears,

Wish I did think this throughout the years…

"frozen tears of snow"

I love that idea, Ed!! I've never thought of snow that way, I wonder why... Mix it with the salt from the ocean, and it would feel like the entire cosmos was weeping upon the poor planet.

Thanks, Ed, for this new 'vision' of snow, wish I could see some, but, darn it, only green deserts, wild flowers and yard flowers, here... :)

See? This is absolute evidence of that dear, warm heart of yours, EM. It floats... it is fine and frothy whimsy, something that I suspect nestles comfortably in your lovely head. (smile) katy xox
