I have been gone a while and dealing with personal issues. I am getting much better and am off all narcotic pain killers and the non-narcotic pain killers which I found out were ADDICTING if you have had a previous addiction, which I have had, due to the pain involved with my life-threatening brainstem lesion for eight and a half years before it was taken out. I was in a treatment center the whole month of February, after we moved to Dallas on February 11th. I unpacked, got my room settled, and then went into the Long-term treatment facility which was way out of town.
I am now leaving for Paris to have surgery on my second brain/skull lesion. It is experimental. It is more of a consultation. If I am accepted, it shall be done. I know I am in God's loving arms and he shall take care of me. I believe I shall survive for I am not done on earth and I have many, many more things left to do! I am also getting baptized, finally, under water this time, this coming Sunday, the 6th of March if it works out. If not I will get baptized when I return. I have already been baptized by sprinkles on February 22, 1989 in Fulton, Missouri 65251 at the First Presbyterian Church of Fulton, in my College home town.
Please read the next several poems and enjoy. I shall try and write more while I am away and when I get back, there will be no stopping me! My poems and writings shall become a bit more religious. God and I shared alot while in treatment.

You may lie,
or hit me,
then there is abuse, which is sexual, emotional and sometimes physical!
You may yell at me or talk down or judge me or humiliate me;
but you cannot take away my faith in the Lord or the Bible or Church!
